RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it for a refund within 20 days from the date of delivery. Shipping Charges are not refundable.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Please call Worldwide Surgical at 1-877-605-6005 to obtain a RMA number and have your Order/Invoice number available when you call. We will e-mail your Return Authorization Authorization.Please include it with returned product.
Returns with no RMA number will be refused!
Returned merchandise must be sent back in a box (padded envelopes will be refused) with original product packaging, parts and accessories in the same salable condition it was received in or the package will be refused.
o Breast Pumps are personal care items. Due to the hygienic reasons breast pumps can not be returned. Medela Products are not available for sale to resellers. We have the right to refuse sale to individuals suspected in reselling Medela products. Frequent reordering of Medela Pump In Style or Freestyle Breastpumps is prohibited.
o Finger Pulse Oximeters may not be returned once opened and used due to the hygienic reasons.
o Return authorization must be obtained prior to a return. o All returned items must be received in resalable condition with all its original contents in none used condition. o Unauthorized returns will be refused and unaccredited. o Shipping fees are not refundable. o $20.00 will be deducted for all orders up to $350.00 with Free Shipping Offers. 15% Restocking Fee will apply for orders $350.00 & Up.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 48 business hours.
Software purchases are final and cannot be returned.
If product is defective or becomes defective within the specified Manufacturer's warranty period you must contact the manufacturer.

No shipping Saturday or Sunday. Orders received after 3 pm Eastern Time will be processed the next business day, i.e. Mondays - Fridays, excludes weekends and Holidays.
Please Note: UPS tracking number will be emailed under the name QuantumView. The email will include the UPS tracking number and the estimated delivery date. Rental Customers renting a Hospital-Grade Breast Pumps or Baby Scales.
Rental fees will be renewed based on the rental agreement package originally chosen. Prepaid packages must be arranged by the due back date. We do not offer automatic renewals for 3 or 5 months prepaid packages. Prepayment packages must be made prior to the return date. Customers who wish to extend their discount prepaid packages must make their prepayment arrangements prior to a return date. Your credit card recipt will be mailed or e-mailed to you.
Contract is for the full term of the rental package selected at initial rental and that no refunds will be given for early return.
Worldwide Surgical will renew your rental for the minimum of one month using billing information on file.
Rental customers have 24 hours to notify rental station of their decision to pay for 3 or 5 month rental package. |
