Convenient Online or Phone Ordering
Complete your rental order online, or give us a call to arrange your rental. Once you’ve checked out, your rental agreement will be provided digitally to make the process as smooth as possible. A valid credit card and ID are required.
In-Person Rental Option
Prefer to rent in person? Visit us at our Brooklyn location during business hours. We recommend calling ahead to reserve your pump or scale to ensure availability.
Fast Local Delivery
Orders placed by 12 PM (Monday - Friday) will be delivered the same business day to Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island City, or Manhattan residents. For faster delivery, UPS Same Day Shipping is available for orders completed by 3 PM EST.
Flexible Shipping Options
- Same-Day Delivery to Brooklyn: $25.
- Pickup: Optional for $25 or return it at no charge at our Brooklyn location.
Security Deposit
A small security deposit is required at the time of rental, which will be refunded upon the return of the equipment.

Which Rental Duration is Right for You?
We offer flexible rental durations to meet your needs: 1, 3, or 5 months. Here’s how to choose:
- New to Breast Pumping? Start with the minimum rental period to see how long you’ll need it.
- Experienced Users: If you've pumped with a previous baby, keep in mind that every experience can be different, so we recommend starting with the rental period you’re most comfortable with.
Please Note: We do not offer refunds for early returns. If you’re unsure, we suggest starting with the shortest rental period and extending it if necessary. Rental contracts are for the full rental term and are not prorated for early returns. You will receive a reminder one week before your rental is due back.
Payment & Renewals
Rental payments are automatically renewed until the item is returned, whether it's in use or not. If your credit card is declined, your account will be suspended, and the balance will be sent to Medela LLC for collection purposes.

Are there any parts or accessories included in my rental order?
Accessories & Parts Purchase Information
Accessories are not included with your rental, but you can purchase them separately at an additional cost. If needed, you may buy complete accessories and parts either from Worldwide Surgical or any other retailer of your choice.
Shipping Information
- Waived Shipping Charges: Shipping is free for any parts added to your rental order.
- Separate Orders: If you purchase parts separately, shipping charges will apply.
Note: You are not required to purchase parts from Worldwide Surgical. Feel free to explore other retailers for your accessory needs.

Shipping & Delivery Information
Shipping Charges
A one-way shipping charge will be added to ship your breast pump or baby scale rental order. This covers ground shipping one way. If you wish, you can also purchase an optional return label separately when you are ready to return the rental item.
- Signature Required: A signature will be required upon delivery.
- Lessee Responsibility: You are responsible for returning the rental item by the due date.
- Rental Term: The rental term begins on the day of shipment arrival.
- Same Day Shipping: Rental agreements received by 3pm EST will ship the same day (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Rates:
- $30.00: Ameda Elite, Medela Symphony, Lactina Select
- $35.00: Ameda Platinum
- $35.00: Medela BabyWeigh Scale
If the lessee cancels the rental after the ship date and returns the item before the due date, they are still responsible for at least one month’s rental payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Delivery Information
For same-day delivery of Medela Symphony, Medela Baby Weigh Scale, Ameda Elite, or Ameda Platinum breast pumps, your rental agreement must be completed by 12 noon. Contact Worldwide Surgical directly to place your order.

UPS Ground Shipping
Transit times vary depending on your location:

A prepaid return label is available as a separate purchase upon request.
In-Person Rentals
You can rent breast pumps and baby scales directly from our Brooklyn location during normal business hours (Monday through Friday). A driver’s license or state ID and a valid credit card are required.
What If My Package Does Not Arrive When Expected?
We understand that delays may occur during transit. If your package does not arrive as expected, please contact us as soon as possible. Worldwide Surgical will adjust the rental start date to the actual date of arrival to ensure that you are not charged for the delay.
Important Note:
If you decide to cancel your rental after it has shipped and return the item before the due date, you are still responsible for a minimum of one month’s rental payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I Rent the Medela Symphony or Ameda and File for Insurance Reimbursement?
Yes, you can rent the Medela Symphony or Ameda breast pumps and submit a claim for insurance reimbursement.
However, reimbursement policies may vary depending on your insurance provider. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm whether your rental qualifies for reimbursement and to obtain any necessary documentation.
If you need an invoice or any other details for your claim, feel free to reach out to us and we'll be happy to assist.
Can I Rent the Medela Symphony or Ameda and File for Insurance Reimbursement?
Can I Rent the Medela Symphony or Ameda and File for Insurance Reimbursement?
Yes! Renting the Medela Symphony costs $80 per month. You may also consider to rent Symphony Plus or Symphony with rechargeable battery which is $85.00 per month. To rent Ameda Elite costs $75.00 per month & Ameda Platinum $85.00 per month from
Worldwide Surgical. You will need to buy Medela Symphony Double Accessory kit or Ameda Dual HygieniKit in order to use your rental pump. Every insurance
company is different and may have different rules and guidelines for possible
reimbursement to you. Call your insurance to find out if you will be able to
get reimbursed. You may also request assistance from Worldwide Surgical to help
file reimbursement insurance claim for your rental pump.
How Do I Return My Breast Pump or Baby Scale Rental?
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the instructions below:
Return On Time: Make sure your rental is shipped on or before the due back date to avoid being charged for a new rental cycle. You can check your due date on your rental agreement or call us at (718) 648-8130 for confirmation.
Clean Condition: Before shipping, ensure your pump or scale is clean (free of visible milk residue and dust) to avoid a $10.00 cleaning fee.
Shipping Your Return
You can return your rental using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The rental must arrive by the due date or earlier. Once shipped, please email us your tracking information as soon as it becomes available, so we can monitor the return.

You can request a return label in the following ways:

We will email a return label (UPS Call Tag) upon request. You can use the same shipping box that your pump was delivered in. Once the return label is provided, you have two options:
- Drop off: You can drop your return package off at any UPS station.
- Package Pickup: Call or email us to arrange for a pickup from your home or office.

Important Reminder:
Please do not return any accessories with your rental. Keep them for future use if you need to rent the same pump again.
